Privacy notice

This covers the email address you give us on axi0.tech: what we keep, why, for how long, and how to have it removed.

Who is responsible

The controller is Angel Melendez, an individual, who runs axi0.tech. To remove your email address, use the form at the end of this page. For any other request or question about this notice, use the inquiry form at axi0.art and mention axi0.tech.

What we keep

For each sign-up we store your email address, the time you signed up, the version of this notice you agreed to and the site you signed up on, under a random record ID. Your IP address is not stored with it, and the site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

Where it's kept

On our own server. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and processes request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. Our server also keeps access logs (IP address, time, page and browser) for security, for at most 11 days.

What we use it for

Only to tell you about this project. We never sell or share the list. The legal basis is your consent, and removing your address withdraws it.

How long we keep it

Until you remove it or the waitlist closes, whichever comes first. When you remove it, the address is deleted from the list. We keep a record that a removal happened, with the time and a SHA-256 hash of the address instead of the address itself.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. The form below removes your address; for anything else, use the inquiry form at axi0.art and mention axi0.tech. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Remove my email

Enter the address you signed up with and we'll take it off the list. You get the same answer whether or not it was on the list, so nobody can use this form to find out who signed up.
